How Booking Works

📌 Step‑by‑Step Booking Process

1️⃣ Choose Your Service
Select the type of cleaning you want — Standard or Deep Clean (our premium Move‑In/Move‑Out service) — based on your needs and home condition. 

2️⃣ Pick Your Date & Time
We require a minimum 48 hours’ notice to plan and assign the right team for your home. Same‑day or next‑day bookings may be possible but could include a rush fee. 

3️⃣ Confirm Your Details
Enter your contact info, address, and any Notes — such as pet areas, special requests, or high‑priority rooms.

4️⃣ Secure Your Booking
A 30% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation to reserve your time slot. Your remaining balance is due on the day of service. 

5️⃣ Relax & Enjoy
Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation message. Our professional team arrives on time and ready to work.
